What you're looking for is professional quality landscaping services that will fit your style and budget, ensuring that you get the best value for your money. Our five-step process will allow you to work with a full-service team from concept to completion and everything in between.
THE CREATIVE PROCESS
CONSULTATION
This is our initial conversation with you to go over overall scope and vision of your project. We will review the process, budget, timing, design options and cost. By the end of the consultation you can see if we are a good fit for your project.
DESIGN PHASE
This is where we begin the design process. After your payment, you'll be assigned a designer who will create a customized plan and then review it with you. After meeting with you the designer will make adjustments and then present you with your final design along with the plant and product list. Design time usually ranges from one week to a month or more depending on the complexity, design format and amount of revisions.
INSTALLATION PROPOSAL
After the design has been approved we can begin to break the project down into separate work areas. Then you'll receive the final proposal and decide on the priority of work areas for construction and installation. Once approved we require an initial deposit to begin the project and secure a spot on our installation schedule.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Once we receive the deposit, installation and construction begin and you'll receive regular communication with our team through the project.
You'll also receive an invoice once work begins and another once the work is completed. We'll also schedule a final walk-through to answer any questions you may have about the project. You'll also receive a request to submit a survey about our work and may be asked to submit your review of our work.
ONGOING PROPERTY CARE
Your property is done! This large of an investment requires TLC through the ever-changing Michigan seasons. Our property care team can ensure timely and quality landscape maintenance services to keep things looking their best no matter what nature throws our way.
